After spending two years in the painting industry, I realized I was being undervalued and taken advantage of at my job. Frustrated with the lack of respect and fairness, I decided enough was enough. My brother-in-law encouraged me to take charge of my future and start my own business. Together, we built a company where quality work, integrity, and treating people right are the priorities.
